Tyler J. Viney Memorial Scholarship

Awarded to fourth year students in the Department of Architecture undergraduate program and first year Master of Architecture students. Recipients will demonstrate potential architectural talent and an interest in photography. The scholarship is awarded based on financial need, with priority given to minority or women students.

This scholarship is administered by the Texas Architectural Foundation (TAF), not by Texas A&M University.

This is a competitive TAF scholarship available to eligible students at each of the accredited architecture schools in Texas. The scholarship requires the submission of a Department of Architecture scholarship application and a portfolio. The Department of Architecture nominates eligible applicants to be selected by the TAF.

Established by HLM Design in 2001 to honor Tyler J. Viney and his parents Kathy Viney and Walter J. Viney, AIA.
