How to Apply

Whether you’re a high school senior, attending another institution or a college graduate, applying to university programs can be stressful. We’re here to help! Below is a guide for applying to any of our undergraduate or graduate programs as an in-state, out-of-state or international student. See the admission catalog for information about prospective student centers and important application deadlines.

Incoming Freshmen Applicants

Incoming freshmen must submit their application for the fall semester through ApplyTexas or the Common Application by December 1. The application you choose will not affect your admission decision. All other required documents will be accepted through December 15.

Undergraduate Transfer Applicants

Applicants who previously attended another college or university must submit their application through ApplyTexas or the Common Application. The application and required documents for the spring semester are due October 15. The application for the summer and fall semesters are due March 1.

Graduate Applications

All applicants for our graduate programs apply online through Texas A&M GradCas. Current Texas A&M undergraduates should apply to participating graduate programs via the Aggie Priority application, which provides an expedited application process.

Each graduate program in the College of Architecture has unique requirements for its admissions process. We strongly encourage you to review the graduate admissions guide for program offerings and deadlines, the graduate Office of Admissions checklist, and the individual program pages for program-specific requirements and complete information.
