COA North in Downtown Bryan

COA North, a school academic/display space, opened in 2019 in downtown Bryan.

Located at 401 N. Main Street, the facility helps meet the college’s increasing need for flexible classroom, studio and exhibit space. It also provides an opportunity for students and faculty to participate in Bryan’s vibrant downtown experience.

Located inside COA North is a professional gallery and studio space that provides hands-on exhibition experience to up-and-coming visual artists. The studio is also a shared work space dedicated to the advancement of graduate student projects.

The Viz North Gallery opens its doors to the public throughout the year so you can experience our students’ talent first hand. Every first Friday and third Thursday of the month, visitors are welcome to meet our artists, participate in workshops, and attend live demos and exhibitions.
