Spring Career Fair

The Firm / Student Mixer, which includes a guided tour of student work, will be held on Thursday, February 20th, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Langford Architectural Complex.

The Career Fair will be at the Hall of Champions at Kyle Field on Friday, February 21st, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Student Experience

The Department of Architecture’s industry advisory council, A+IAC in conjunction with the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS), hosts a career fair every year. While at the career fair, students:

  • Learn about employment prospects in the architecture industry
  • Engage and interview with trained professionals
  • Discuss and secure future internships and job offers
Thursday, February 20 – Firm Mixer

The Firm Mixer will take place at 5:00 p.m. in Langford A, Second-Floor Atrium. While attendance is optional, we encourage you to join us for an evening of networking and student work exhibitions. Guided tours will be available to showcase student projects and provide an opportunity for informal engagement between firms and students.

  • Upon arrival, please present your parking ticket at check-in to receive a validation.

Friday, February 21 – Career Fair

The Career Fair will be held at the Hall of Champions, Kyle Field.

  • Firm Check-in & Breakfast: 8:00 a.m.
  • Student Arrival: 9:00 a.m.
  • We recommend arriving by 8:00 a.m. for a head shot and to allow ample time for setup and breakfast before the event begins.

Each firm will be provided with a 6-foot table and two chairs per representative. Please bring your own power supplies, such as extension cords and surge protectors, if needed.

  • Validated parking is available at Jean Stallings Garage and Koldus Garage.
  • Upon arrival, please present your parking ticket at check-in to receive a validation.

Lunch:
Lunch will be staggered into two sessions, with additional details to be provided next week:

  • Lunch A: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
