Minor in Facility Management

While the construction science major focuses on creating, planning, and supervising the built environment, the facilities management minor focuses on maintaining its functionality.

Students wishing to declare a minor in facilities management should consult with advisors in their home college and in the Department of Construction Science. Applicants must have a 2.0 or better overall GPR to be considered for the program.
