Minor in Facilities Management
The Department of Construction Science offers a minor in Facilities Management.
Facilities Management is an integral part of the built environment. Courses offered in this minor will provide the students both classroom instruction and site exposures of building equipment and systems, maintenance and operations, needs assessment and space planning, the owner/architect/contractor relationship and general industry practices.

Students wishing to declare a minor in facilities management should consult with advisors in their home college or school and in the Department of Construction Science. Applicants must have a 2.0 or better overall GPR to be considered for the program.
