Office of Student Services

The Office of Student Services houses academic advisors from the four departments in the College of Architecture. The Office is considered the “one stop shop” for advice and counseling for undergraduate studentson majors, course selections, and academic progress. Additionally, the Office of Student Services is the place to go for prospective students to receive information on major selection and college tours.

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Office of Student Services is to increase the retention and graduation rates of undergraduate students in the College of Architecture. The Office of Student Services is dedicated to providing an array of quality services and academic support to ensure the total educational development of students by meeting intellectual, academic, personal, and career needs. The Office of Student Services’ hope is to empower students to engage in their academic experience, make appropriate career choices as Texas A&M University graduates, and become life-long learners. 

Current TAMU Students:

Advising is available by appointment 24hrs in advance for current students and prospective change of majors. To schedule an appointment, please go to COA Advising

College Tours:

Prospective Students interested in the College of Architecture should schedule a tour through the TAMU Visitor Center. Tours of our facilities are done by the COA Student Ambassadors who are current students in the College of Architecture. By scheduling a tour, visitors ensure receiving the most comprehensive and enjoyable experience. In this tour, visitors will learn about the six academic programs, and observe classrooms (studio space). We hope you choose to visit with us soon!
