Each semester, the Department of Architecture and its chapter of the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) host a career fair connecting top-tier pre-professional, professional, and research students with employers seeking candidates for full-time, co-op, and internship positions.
Consistently ranked among the nation’s top architecture programs, the department prepares students with the skills and experience to make an immediate impact in the field. The deadline to register for the ARCH Fall 26 Career Fair is Friday, September 18, 2026.
The ARCH Fall 26 Career Fair and Student/Firm Mixer will be held on campus in the Langford A (Architecture Building) and will take place on Thursday, September 24 (Mixer) and Friday, September 25 (Career Fair).

Event Schedule | Fall 2026
The Firm Mixer will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Langford A, Second-Floor Atrium. While attendance is optional, we encourage you to join us for an evening of networking and student work exhibitions. Guided tours will be available to showcase student projects and provide an opportunity for informal engagement between firms and students.
Parking:
- Registered attendees will have validated parking is available at Polo Road Garage and Central Campus Garage.
- Upon arrival, registered attendees- please present your parking ticket at check-in to receive validation.
- A parking map is attached for your convenience, along with a pin to the location.

The Career Fair will be held at the Langford A, Second-Floor Atrium
Firm Check-in & Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Student Arrival:
This year we are trying a staggered approach to student arrival-
- 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. | PhD, Masters, 4th-year
- 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. | 3rd-year
- 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. | 2nd-year
- 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. | 1st year
Each firm will be provided with a 6-foot table and two chairs per booth. Please bring your own power supplies, such as extension cords and surge protectors, if needed.
Parking:
Parking is available at the Polo Road Garage and Central Campus Garage. Validation will be provided to registered employers/representatives.
Lunch:
Lunch will be provided for registered employers/representatives.
Lunch Break: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Interviews: Company Interviews: 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Shipping Materials
If you choose to ship materials for the ARCH Fall 26 Career Fair, please plan for your packages to arrive 3-5 days before the event.

If you wish to have your materials shipped back after the career fair, please provide a pre-paid/pre-printed label and pick-up will be arranged for post event.
Parking
Parking is available at the Polo Road Garage or Central Campus Garage. Validation is only available for registered employers/representatives. Please present your ticket at check-in to receive validation.
Please make sure you are parking in the designated parking areas to avoid ticketing or towing of your vehicle.

Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds for cancellations made on or after August 31, 2026.
