The College of Architecture offers an interdisciplinary program in San Miguel de Allende at the Signature host facility Hacienda Santa Clara. Rich in historic sites, San Miguel also offers a large number of contemporary buildings that merit study.
Conversational Spanish language instruction is part of the program, though courses are taught in English. While studio innovation work usually concentrates on issues of contemporary design, construction and planning, travel to sites and buildings of historic significance is an integral part of the program. Accommodations are in student dormitory facilities in the Hacienda Santa Clara.
