Dallas CSI Foundation Scholarship

Awarded to a Department of Architecture student who has completed at least the second year of the undergraduate program or graduate students enrolled in the Master of Architecture degree program.
The recipient must be a graduate of a DFW Metroplex high school (counties include Dallas, Collin, Denton, Ellis, Kaufman, Rockwall or Tarrant Counties) or have achieved equivalent certification from the State of Texas as a resident of the Metroplex. This scholarship is awarded to students who have shown special skill and advancement in the areas of Architectural Design, Construction Science or Technology. While financial need is not the primary criterion, consideration will be given to applicant’s financial status.

This competitive Dallas Construction Specifications Institute (Dallas CSI)) scholarship is available to eligible students enrolled at accredited architecture schools in Texas and Oklahoma. The scholarship requires the submission of a Department of Architecture scholarship application and a one page letter addressed to the Dallas CSI. The letter should describe the student's interest in architecture, construction science/technology and the applicant’s career goals. The Department of Architecture nominates eligible applicants to be forwarded to the Dallas CSI for consideration. Selected applications will be required to submit additional information.

Since its inception in 1987, the Dallas CSI Foundation, with the support of its many financial supporters has awarded scholarships to students who have shown special skill and advancement in their field of study.
