recipient should be classified at least a junior in the environmental design and may be a graduate master of architecture student; recipients will be selected on the basis of academic achievement, international interests and financial need; preference will be given to students pursuing international academic study including semester abroad programs, a travel fellowship, or other acceptable international experience.
