Guest Speakers, Artists in Residence, & Studio Reviewers

For any type of payment:

If the individual is a State of Texas employee, he or she must complete the State of Texas Employee Statement.
If payment is being made by a state account (1xxxxx) or (29xxxx), the individual must sign in advance an agreement of expenses to be paid.
If payment is being made to a guest lecturer, we need to know the date, title, and audience of the lecture.
