“Natural, Built, Virtual”: College of Architecture Research Symposium

Since 1999, our annual, college-wide research symposium has showcased faculty and student research on natural, built, and virtual environments. The symposium underscores the influence of research on teaching and practice, and serves as a catalyst for scholarly collaboration across the college.

 


 

College Research and Interdisciplinary Council

Our College Research and Interdisciplinary Council (CRIC) is committed to developing broad-based, interdisciplinary cultures in our college that encourage the creation, dissemination, and application of knowledge in the planning, design, and construction of built and virtual environments.

 


 

Journals

Learn about Health Environments Research & Design (HERD), an international, inter-professional, peer-reviewed journal that features research and methodology papers, theory articles, case studies, and book reviews focused on the effects of health environments and evidence-based design on patient , provider, and organizational outcomes.
